      Our client is committed to customer success and tailors their approach to each distinct partnership. They are currently broadening their team temporarily. This role is perfect for individuals with previous customer service or call center experience who are seeking a fully remote position.

      Key Requirements and Details:

      • Work Setup: A laptop and headset will be provided by the company.

      • Internet: High-speed internet is a necessity.

      • Required: Must be a US Citizen and have a clean background.

      • Availability: Candidates must be available for shifts between 5:00am and 1:00am, Monday to Friday.

      • Location: Residency within a 50-mile radius of Houston is required.

      • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a call center is mandatory.

      • Skills:

        - Capable of working at a fast pace to meet call quotas.

        - Detail-oriented, with proficient data entry and computer skills.

        - Strong communication abilities.

        - Bilingual proficiency (90%) in both English and Spanish.
