      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make a high volume of outgoing sales calls (100+ per 4 hours) to engage potential clients
      - Follow up relentlessly with leads, ensuring timely responses and scheduling of appointments
      - Conduct remote sales meetings and effectively close deals on fitness programs
      - Build rapport and address objections with prospects to help them commit to fitness programs
      - Track and manage all lead interactions and data accurately for performance evaluation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven sales experience, preferably in a fitness or related industry
      - High-energy and enthusiastic personality with a passion for fitness and helping others
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
      - Self-motivated and team-oriented mindset, capable of thriving in a remote environment
      - Willingness to make extensive follow-ups and demonstrate persistence in closing sales

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in fitness sales or related fields
      - Familiarity with fitness programs and training methodologies
      - Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of calls effectively
      - Skills in using technology for virtual communication and appointment scheduling
