What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform quality assurance reviews of medical reports, ensuring accuracy in grammar, medical terminology, and content
- Verify that client instructions and specifications are followed and addressed in each review
- Ensure that all reports are supported by clinical citations and comply with company standards
- Identify inconsistencies within reports and collaborate with providers for necessary clarifications
- Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years of medical office experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications, and laboratory values
- Must possess excellent skills in English usage, grammar, punctuation, and style
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Qualified typist with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Proficiency in multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
