What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform quality assurance reviews of medical reports, ensuring accuracy in grammar, terminology, and content
- Verify that all client instructions and specifications are followed and address any questions
- Ensure that each review is supported by current clinical citations from reputable sources
- Identify inconsistencies in reports and communicate with providers for clarification or corrections
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years of medical office experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications, and laboratory values
- Excellent skills in English usage, grammar, punctuation, and style
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Qualified typist with a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Proficiency in multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to manage change and work well under pressure
