- 1+ years of general business office/customer service experience.

- Ability to manage multiple files from beginning to end ensuring cycle time and completion of assignments is met.
- Efficient utilization of internal tools provided. This includes but is not limited to: Optimizer, WEBFMS, Capacity Planner, etc.
- Provide assistance and direction to field auto appraisers throughout the life cycle of an assignment, while keeping the client updated appropriately.
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.

The 1099 Auto Claims Office Manager assists in the day-to-day operations of an office and confirms that it runs efficiently. This could include working with contracted and staff auto appraisers and/or management while fulfilling Alacrity’s policies and procedures and coordinating with other departments within the Operation. The Office Manager serves as a point of contact between the office and external clients while ensuring client Service level agreements are adhered to.
Contract Requirements Include:
In addition to these requirements, the Office Manager assumes a critical role in overseeing the quality of appraisals, reports, and file documentation prepared by the appraisers. This entails monitoring and maintaining the standards set by Alacrity in compliance with client service level agreements and with a keen eye on accuracy and precision.
