      Our Lead FSS Analyst role is accountable for:

      • Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and generate insightful reports to guide business decisions. This includes preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and presentations for stakeholders.
      • Managing and manipulating large sets of financial data, ensuring accuracy through data entry, validation, and reconciliation processes. Maintain up-to-date and organized financial databases to support reporting requirements.
      • Apply understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP) to financial data, ensuring accurate preparation of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
      • Troubleshooting discrepancies in financial data and systems, providing actionable solutions to optimize financial operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement best practices.
      • Utilizing advanced financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to manage financial data. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus for presenting key financial insights.

      Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:

      • 10 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
      • Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and financial reporting tools
      • Excellent communication skills to present financial findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders
      • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
      • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
      • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations for business improvements


      This is a virtual contractor position. Candidate must sit in EST to be considered.
