What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and coordinate activities of Maintenance Technicians, MRO staff, and Janitorial personnel
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime
- Lead diagnostics and troubleshooting efforts on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Enforce safety policies and coordinate training for team members on relevant safety practices
- Manage relationships with contractors and verify compliance of external maintenance work

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment
- Familiarity with CMMS software and Microsoft Excel/Word
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and make sound decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of quality systems (IATF 16949 or ISO 9001) and safety standards (OSHA, LOTO)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field
- Certifications such as OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, TPM, or CMRT
- Experience in lean manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma initiatives
