A large company with a strong presence in Sioux City, Iowa has an immediate opening for a first shift maintenance tech. As a maintenance tech with our company, you will have the chance to work on a variety of equipment and use your mechanical and industrial maintenance knowledge. You will be working on different machinery, doing general welding, and performing preventative maintenance. You also may be required to do some electrical or boiler maintenance. This company provides year-round work and is known for being a leader in the area. This position is great for someone looking to further their career in maintenance and learn new skills with a great company.

Hours:

• 1st Shift

Pay:

• $20-32/hr DOE

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of previous maintenance experience
• Proficiency in using a wide range of equipment specific to the industry
• Previous welding experience
• Extensive mechanical maintenance knowledge
• Boiler experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and work ethic
