What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide a high level of customer service through effective communication
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and laptop incidents and requests
- Document the resolution process and mentor Service Desk personnel
- Respond to and resolve inbound computer-related end-user support tickets
- Support a variety of operating systems, including Windows 10, Mac OS, iOS, and Android

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma with 5 years of experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- Experience with trouble ticketing systems, preferably Service Manager
- Minimum certification of at least one of the following: MCSA, MCSE, ACSP, or ACMT

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Authorized MAC certification
- Hands-on experience with mobile device troubleshooting, particularly using iOS and Android
- Excellent customer service skills
