What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review job specifications and set-up requirements
- Monitor equipment and product quality during job runs
- Troubleshoot product or equipment issues
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Maintain equipment and complete preventive maintenance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Experience leading and training others
- Experience in an industrial setting with production machinery
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Competent with rulers and measurement
