Position: Financial Technology Partners (“FT Partners”) is seeking Full-Time Research Analysts with a focus on Private Capital Markets (PCM) to begin in January 2024.

Role Description
Research Analysts focusing on Private Capital Markets at FT Partners plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s relationships with the investor universe and executing on capital raise and M&A processes. Research Analysts supporting PCM will concentrate on developing and maintaining the tools critical to strengthen this network and improve deal execution for our clients.
In support of the firm’s capital markets efforts, Research Analysts in this role will collect and utilize market data to improve investor targeting efforts and assist in new investor discovery to expand our network. They will assist in the creation of marketing and other materials to help improve connectivity with investors. In addition, there will be a focus on building the internal infrastructure and robust datasets necessary to enable us to provide better solutions for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work side by side with senior bankers and other groups within the firm in an entrepreneurial and collaborative team environment.

The annual salary for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $80,000 - $90,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
