Job Summary

The Centralized Research Group (CRG) collaborates closely with the firm’s Investment Banking (IB), Commercial Banking (CB) and Global Corporate Banking (GCB) teams offering customized financial solutions across Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity / Debt capital raising, Credit, Treasury, Cash Management, Trade, and Markets, among others.

Job Responsibilities

Work closely with the Banking teams across the globe and support in preparing pitch books & marketing materials that the senior client bankers take to their clients during meetings.

Have the opportunity to work on different pitch components including market and industry landscapes, financial analysis & valuations, companies & investors profiles, benchmarking, treasury relationship reviews, client health checks, credit opportunity memos, pricing analysis, cash management, internal approval documents, etc.

Research key trends about companies and industries to find new prospects and form views for internal use.

Synthesize news, financial reports, and company information to prepare pitch materials, updates, and client reports.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Excellent academic record

Keen interest in financial markets and corporate finance

Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proactive, highly organized with strong attention to details

Ability to deliver quality under pressure

Pursuing qualification degree with expected completion date in 2025/2026

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Cleared Common Proficiency Test (CPT) and Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC) all groups

Pursuing / completed additional financial certifications such as CFA, FRM

Available for Chartered Accountant Industrial Training in Mumbai for 18 months starting August 2024

CA Final attempt due or deferred to May 2026 or later
