Internship Available Departments:

Your Role in Engineering:

• Provide support in various assembly areas such as: WI document preparation
• Document control for the assembly shop floor.
• Support in Cost Optimization
• Support in Digital Projects
• Document, Update and Control all quality documents (Test scrip, Audit check sheet, Procedure etc.).
• Monitor all the necessary corrective/preventive actions in close cooperation with Production.

Your Role in Intra-Logistics:

• Responsible for checking the warehouse and intralogistics activities and assuring it is meeting the CKD standards.
• Daily Production & WIP figures collection.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPI reports updates.
• Overstock monitoring and scrapping activity.
• Support in the Digitalization projects.
• Support in the Robbing activities in regards to the PC part robbing and parts alterations if needed.
• Any Other tasks that may be subjected to the candidate.

Your Role in Quality Management:

Red Table Responsibility and processing of Quality /logistics Claims (internal and suppliers)

• Handle administration NCP daily tasks
• Claiming process management
• Prepare weekly and monthly report.
• Prepare and monitor KPIs.
• Prepare the scraping list.
• Follow up on repair process including subparts status.
• Share in problem solving requirements.
• Contribute to digitalizing the NCP process.
• Update related dynamic check and preventive actions requirements

What we are looking for?

• Fresh Graduates with Bachelor degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Excellent Knowledge in Data Automation and Digitalization Application
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Know how to collaborate well across teams along with building excellent relationship with stakeholders, board managers and external partners.
• Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Know how to set priorities and deliver what you commit to.
• Have the ability to learn on the job in a welcoming environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills.
• Project Management Knowledge is a plus.

Internship Period is for 6 Months - Starting August 2024.
