The FLDP develops high-potential MBA graduates through a three-year experience that includes a rotation within the Finance organization. We accelerate their career by giving them a broad understanding of the business, helping them build a robust professional network, and preparing them to lead a team. Participants enter as a Sr. Financial Analyst (SFA) and are key finance partners to a business team. They build financial models and analyses to make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and have a global impact. Unlike traditional back office corporate finance roles, FLDP members view problems as treasures, deliver new ideas and solutions, and dive deep to deliver results. They help others understand finance and are the trusted business advisor to drive meaningful change and improvement in the way we serve our customers.
Key job responsibilities
• Work on a critical business problem and help find the right solutions for our customers.
• Work cross-functionally to drive ideas from conception to execution
• Segment customers and developing business models, as well as deep dive into Amazon data
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Seattle, WA, USA- Are 18 years of age or older
- Currently enrolled in MBA or equivalent master’s level program at the time of application
- Graduating between December 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024
- 3+ years of full-time industry work experience, which occurred between graduation from your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA or master’s program, OR 3+ years of military work experience prior to starting your MBA or master’s program- Experience in finance or a related analytical field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $81,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
