About the Program :

The Veteran Employment Transition (VET) Program is a nationwide 8-week Spring and Fall development program that converts directly to a full-time opportunity based on performance. We’re hiring a class of 35 - 45 to begin on May 1, 2024 starting with an intensive training and orientation led by professional instructors and senior Wells Fargo employees. You'll network with your peers and Wells Fargo leaders while developing your skills and knowledge of our financial products and services before joining a team of experienced Wells Fargo employees for on-the-job training and development. • Organize and lead complex companywide initiatives to ensure that data quality is maintained so that data can effectively support business processes

• Oversee analysis and reporting in support of regulatory requirements

Candidate will be responsible for analytics, statistics, and financial valuation work within the Credit Card, Business Card & Unsecured Loan origination and portfolio management space.

• Pla y an active role supporting the business through advanced cash flow valuation work, financial performance tracking, behavioral profiling, pricing analytics, segmentation, reporting and statistical work

• Work closely with partners in our Product Management, Marketing, and Risk Management teams to propose new business cases that are financially sound and allocate the bank’s capital in an optimal matter
