Corporate Properties Group – delivers and maintains world-class space for employees and customers while strategically implementing corporate real estate transactions.
Corporate Security – strives to ensure the safest, most secure business environment possible for employees and customers.
Enterprise Business Resiliency – provides guidance and support in developing, implementing and exercising effective business continuity plans and coordinating and facilitating companywide incident response and information flow, and governing the Service Delivery Model.
Strategy and Projects – brings together expertise in strategic execution and change management across the enterprise, helping the COO solve complex problems.
Supply Chain Management – Specializes in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, procure-to-pay capabilities, timely supply chain analytics, and delivering supply solutions with acceptable third-party risk.
Business Execution Services provides CIB and cross-COO business driven change execution, including regulatory/risk remediation initiatives and project portfolio management.
Client Support & Transformation provides both CIB Banking and Corporate Real Estate (CRE) relationship support, centralized client support services, as well as onboarding and lending transformation/tools.
Financial Crimes provides risk management and execution services of BSA/AML program.
Infrastructure Services provides technology and information security risk management, data risk management, management of intake and incubation processes and electronic trading.
Shared Services provides core operational risk program management, process reengineering, intelligent automation and manages the resolution and recovery office.

6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Bachelor’s degree candidate with an expected graduation between December 2024 – May/June 2025
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in the financial services industry
BA/BS degree candidate with a major concentration in: Business Administration/Business Management, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Criminal Justice, Information and Data Management, Political Science, Global Intelligence, or with an emphasis in one or more of the mentioned focus areas. *At this time, we are specifically hiring for Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Business Resiliency within the COO Business Services Internship.
Program Overview
COO’s Business Services Internships are professional development programs that provide participants with a ten-week overview of Wells Fargo and a high-level understanding of the company’s operations, business strategies, and organizational culture. The internship experience includes relationship building, relevant work assignments, coaching, feedback sessions, group projects, and other informative learning sessions with key leaders. It is designed to provide undergraduate students with a blend of business and professional development training opportunities that incorporate real-world experiences and prepare you for a career at Wells Fargo.
After training, you will join the COO Business Services pathway within one of our enterprise functions (CAO, Regulatory and Policy Affairs, Risk Transformation & Execution, Sales Practices and Conduct Management and CIB COO).
This program targets exceptional juniors and is a pipeline program where successful interns may receive an offer to return the following year to join the full-time COO Analyst Program based on performance and business need.

Regulatory and Policy Affairs
Regulatory and Policy Affairs (RAPA) is responsible for Wells Fargo Regulatory Relations, the Enterprise Policy Office, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Strategy and Program Management, Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting governance and the Office of Consumer Practices. Regulatory & Policy Affairs (RAPA) advises the enterprise on key regulatory, governance and policy objectives, coordinates regulatory and policy engagement across the enterprise and fosters effective relationships between our regulators and senior policy leaders. Through disciplines that focus the enterprise on regulatory reporting and engagement, policy governance and treating customers fairly, RAPA’s influence results in improved operational and business performance, enhanced reputation, and increased customer loyalty.
Risk Transformation & Execution
Risk and Control Self-Assessment is designed to allow Wells Fargo employees to develop a culture of proactive accountability while demonstrating ownership of business risk decisions. The team demonstrates an understanding of our risk and controls and drives a consistent and effective approach to identifying risks across the organization, while facilitating risk and control assessments of sufficient quality to understand and manage exposure to the organization.
Sales Practices and Conduct Management
Sales Practices & Conduct Management is a front-line operation responsible for ensuring employees act ethically on behalf of Wells Fargo and are consistently doing what's right for customers and each other. The group provides enterprise-wide coordination, leadership, and support of sales practices and conduct functions, including the Conflict of Interest program, the Insider Threat program, and management of the allegation lifecycle (including enterprise investigations). It is also home to the Loudspeaker program, which strives to improve our customer and employee experience through the sharing of employee feedback and ideas.
