      As an Intern in our company, you will be a part of our corporate wide internship program which will provide for opportunities to meet as a broader set of interns across multiple divisions in our Company (Research & Development, Human Health, Manufacturing). The internship program provides exemplary students with the opportunity to work on meaningful assignments and gain real world industry experiences.

      The Global Marketing Excellence intern will lead exciting work related to marketing at our company and the application of a digital solution to ensure our Ways of Working internally are cutting edge. The role will be expected to lead a project to ensure alignment across the L3 Global Marketing frameworks (Early, NEXT, Late) as well as partner with other internal teams from our company to deliver on a promise of a digital solution. This digital solution will evolve the way marketing teams at our company work on a daily basis.

      This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Global Commercial Excellence.

      Types of works include:

      • Strategy development and/or strategy realization

      • Collaborate across teams and key stakeholders developing a network of subject matter experts and data sources to contribute to the project

      • Address key strategy issues, evaluate strategic choices, develop recommendations, and increase rigor of decision making

      • Production of executive level presentations and/or reporting of strategy recommendations to appropriate senior management

      • Build/grow commercial and strategic analytics in a way targeted to improve strategic alignment, growth and efficiency

      Primary Work Location: Hybrid, Upper Gwynedd, PA

      Our Company’s Upper Gwynedd campus is located in Upper Gwynedd Township, approximately 28 miles northwest of the City of Philadelphia. Easy access from Philadelphia by way of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Schuykill Expressway, Interstate 476, Routes 202 and 309. Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority (SEPTA) North Wales train station is located a half mile from campus. Our Company provides daily shuttle service to and from the North Wales train station.

      Education Minimum Requirement and Experience:

      • BA or BS Degree Required.

      • Actively enrolled in an MBA program

      • Strong understanding of, and experience with, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

      • Excellent strategic, analytical, and critical thinking

      • Strong interpersonal, written, verbal and negotiation/influence skills

      • Strong collaboration, project management and organizational skills; ability to act with minimal supervision, prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks within deadlines

      • Candidate must have Marketing experience/interest

      • Candidate must be able to begin intern assignment June 2024 and commit for 10-12 weeks

      Preferred Experience and Skills:

      • Candidate should be experience/interest in the pharmaceutical, biotech or related industries

      Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

      Expected salary range:

      $39,600.00-$105,500.00
