- Day 2 - April 17, 2024 from 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM (HKT/SGT)
- Format: In-person welcome & networking event on Day 1; followed by virtual learning session on Day 2
- Attentive to detail
- Eager to learn and develop
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to think critically and analyze data
- Basic understanding of financial services
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Fluency in English
- Pursuing a degree qualification from any academic background
- Expected graduation date of November 2025 – July 2026

- Indicate the business track(s) you’re interested in on your online application. Business tracks available for this event include:
- Asset & Wealth Management, Human Resources, Investment Banking, Markets, Operations, Technology and Payments.
- If you are advanced to the next step of the registration process, you’ll receive an email invitation to complete a short video interview, powered by HireVue.
- Selected candidates will be notified via email by end-March 2024 with further program details.
- The registration deadline (to complete both the online application and HireVue) is Wednesday 27 March (23:59 HKT/SGT). You’re strongly encouraged to apply early as application screening will be conducted on a rolling basis.

The Winning Women program also features info learning sessions, panel discussions, where participants can gain real-world, practical soft skills from subject-matter experts.
When is Winning Women?Join us for an in-person welcome and networking followed by Day 2 virtual learning sessions to level-up your personal branding and interview skills, and be invited to our upcoming fast-track career events and case challenges.
