The Winning Women Early Insight program aims to empower women and those who seeks to embark on a career in financial services. The program offers you the chance to meet influential and inspiring women across all our businesses. Learn from their personal career journey and experiences that will help you build a successful career with us at J.P. Morgan. Depending on your interest and skills set, you will be assigned to specific business tracks where you can gain a deeper understanding towards that area of business, and the breadth of career opportunities that you can find at J.P. Morgan.

The Winning Women program also features info learning sessions, panel discussions, where participants can gain real-world, practical soft skills from subject-matter experts.

When is Winning Women?

Join us for an in-person welcome and networking followed by Day 2 virtual learning sessions to level-up your personal branding and interview skills, and be invited to our upcoming fast-track career events and case challenges.

Date: Tuesday 16 April to Wednesday 17 April 2024

• Day 1 - April 16, 2024 from 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM (HKT/ SGT)
• Day 2 - April 17, 2024 from 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM (HKT/SGT)
• Format: In-person welcome & networking event on Day 1; followed by virtual learning session on Day 2

Who should Apply?
If you're highly motivated and enjoy working in diverse teams to drive innovative business solutions - this program is for you! Applicants of all genders and various academic disciplines are welcome to apply!

• Pursuing a degree qualification from any academic background
• Expected graduation date of November 2025 – July 2026

How do I register?

1. Complete the online application on J.P. Morgan’s website.
2. Indicate the business track(s) you’re interested in on your online application. Business tracks available for this event include:

• Asset & Wealth Management, Human Resources, Investment Banking, Markets, Operations, Technology and Payments.

1. If you are advanced to the next step of the registration process, you’ll receive an email invitation to complete a short video interview, powered by HireVue.
2. Selected candidates will be notified via email by end-March 2024 with further program details.
3. The registration deadline (to complete both the online application and HireVue) is Wednesday 27 March (23:59 HKT/SGT). You’re strongly encouraged to apply early as application screening will be conducted on a rolling basis.
