Reporting to Chubb Surety’s Marketing and Digital Distribution Leader you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand while supporting various business growth initiatives. A specific focus will be to advance the digital distribution of low-risk, low-touch surety bonds. Your main responsibilities are:

• Gain a fundamental understanding of the surety business, operations, underwriting appetite, and systems to go to market most effectively. You will learn this on the job.
• Project manage the surety department’s marketing and business development efforts.
• Collaborate with designers to create top-notch marketing materials that highlight Chubb Surety's unique offerings.
• Deepen your understanding of the Chubb corporate brand and develop materials that maintain consistency while pushing the status quo.
• Work closely with surety product experts to craft impactful messaging and materials.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, gaining valuable insights to optimize strategies.
• Develop engaging content across various platforms, including email marketing, social media, PowerPoint presentations, and more.
• Support event planning and internal communications on an ad hoc basis.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required (a preference for marketing and business analytics).
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required.

The pay range for the role is $44,000 to $75,500. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
