What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Model the vision statement and deliver excellence in customer service
- Reconcile church participant lists with individual release forms and manage the forms database
- Screen release forms for authentic signatures and necessary information
- Communicate with customers regarding missing release forms or information and respond to inquiries via phone and email
- Travel to trainings and events as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must participate in the entirety of the 2025 camp season from mid-April to early August
- Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to follow through and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of administrative assistance and/or project coordination experience
