Recent Bachelor’s degree graduate or expected by June 2025.

Eager to learn quickly and adapt in complex situations.
Accountable and able to see projects through to completion while rallying others to achieve success.
Strong in listening, written, and oral communication skills.
Possess an outstanding work ethic, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn technical applications proficiently.
Past retail experience is preferred, but is not required.

At Gap Inc., we believe that understanding all facets of retail – from concept and design to marketing and selling products, both in-store and online – is crucial for future leaders. Our interdisciplinary Rotational Management Program (RMP) is designed specifically for recent college graduates eager to seize opportunities and learn the retail business from the ground up, gaining an in-depth understanding of a global company.
Our highly competitive, fast-paced ten-month program offers rotations through Merchandising and Inventory Management, with additional immersions in design, digital, production, and store operations. This structure ensures you gain comprehensive, hands-on business experience while learning the ins and outs of Gap Inc.’s culture from brand leaders.
Participants are assigned special projects, allowing you to directly influence the business and interact with senior management. Throughout the program, you’ll embrace a culture of rapid learning and innovation, where problem solving and solution-driven thinking are highly valued.
Upon successful completion of the program, successful participants will be well-positioned for opportunities to work as an Assistant Merchandiser or Inventory Planning Analyst.

Salary Range: $73,000 - $75,000 USD
