What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Model the organization’s vision statement and provide excellence in customer service
- Communicate with Student Pastors and Kids Ministers to prepare for camp
- Promptly respond to emails and phone calls
- Review and organize required documents and paperwork
- Manage multiple databases and follow up with customers regarding missing information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must participate in the entirety of the 2025 camp season, from mid-May to early August 2025
- Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in administrative assistance and/or project coordination
