As a Summer Analyst, you will learn about our specializations, build valuable skillsets, and cultivate exceptional relationships.

THE REAL ESTATE SUMMER ANALYST EXPERIENCE

Our internship experience seeks to enrich your knowledge of our businesses and the industry at large. You will be challenged to explore, grow, collaborate, and further develop the skills necessary to succeed and make your way. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to spend the program duration of 10 weeks in either the Real Estate Debt or Real Estate Equity division.

REAL ESTATE SUMMER ANALYST ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Summer Analyst role and responsibilities will vary across disciplines but will generally entail working with teams of investment professionals in the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investments across multiple industries and platforms.

Responsibilities include:

• Executing the due diligence process
• Collaborating with other members of the deal teams regarding structuring and completing acquisition and investment underwriting of real estate investments across diverse industries
• Designing, building and updating integrated financial models using a combination of Argus and Excel
• Executing refinancing and disposition transactions
• Preparing rent and sales comparables for potential investments
• Developing and providing investment recommendations and preparing investment committee memos
• Conducting market research for investment opportunities in the pipeline, including property visits and site tours
• Asset management responsibilities such as property visits, rent roll analysis, and interfacing with various external partners
• Fund-level management and reporting

We are looking for self-motivated, astute individuals with a passion for and interest in investments, as well as a record of excellence in prior vocations. In addition to strong analytical skills and comfort in a fast-paced team environment, successful candidates should have:

• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Microsoft Excel skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task

Additionally:

• Are currently enrolled as an undergraduate student, ideally majoring in Finance or Economics
• Have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026
• Have a track record of academic excellence and participation in campus activities

Compensation: Paid Internship - the total base salary (subject to change) is expected to be $110,000 (prorated over 10 weeks).
