What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with peer researchers to identify research needs and develop research efforts
- Conduct primary quantitative or qualitative research to understand customer expectations
- Perform statistical analyses on data sets to explain customer behavior
- Utilize qualitative methods to uncover insights into “the why” behind customer behavior
- Communicate complex analyses and insights clearly to business partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled in a MS or PhD program in a research-related field such as Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or Marketing
- Experience in scoping, designing, and conducting quantitative and qualitative research
- Proficiency in manipulating and analyzing data using tools like R, SPSS, SAS, Python, or Qualtrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eligibility to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Previous internship or project experience in customer experience or market research
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques
- Knowledge of consumer behavior theories and practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in research approaches
