      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Retail and E-Commerce sales teams by promoting the company's product portfolio
      - Collaborate with a Director and mentor for guidance and daily interactions
      - Develop and execute plans for engaging customers and addressing their needs
      - Participate in field-based events, including trade shows and customer education sessions
      - Present a summary of contributions to leadership at the conclusion of the internship

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be legally authorized to rent a car in the state of residence/work
      - Valid driver's license and ability to drive a vehicle
      - Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, with at least 2 years of college coursework completed by May 2024
      - Availability for a 10-12 week internship beginning May 19, 2025
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Exposure to retail, sales, and/or customer service
      - Sales training and/or applied sales experience
      - Minimum GPA of 3.0
      - Leadership roles during college
      - Basic knowledge of the Animal Health and/or Animal Feed industries
