What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct usability studies, surveys, and research activities to gather user feedback for product design
- Organize and analyze research data to identify user needs and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with senior researchers, designers, and product teams to integrate user insights into strategies
- Assist in developing personas, journey maps, and experience maps to visualize user behaviors and needs
- Present research outcomes in clear reports and presentations to inform stakeholders' decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, or an equivalent degree
- Knowledge of qualitative user experience research methods and usability testing tools
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize research data effectively
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to various stakeholders
- Willingness to stay updated on UX industry trends and methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with survey platforms commonly used in UX research
- Familiarity with human-centered design principles and practices
- Previous internship or project experience in user experience research or design
