      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule, prepare, and lead Admission, Review and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, 504 meetings, and LPAC meetings for a caseload of approximately 115 students in special education
      - Complete necessary Special Populations paperwork, including Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans
      - Monitor and support teammates in completing portions of student IEPs and ensure compliance with federal/state timelines
      - Collaborate with school teams, parents/guardians, and external agencies to maintain thorough documentation for students in Special Populations
      - Facilitate compliance-related trainings for stakeholders and support accurate data entry related to PEIMS submissions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
      - At least two years of relevant work experience in a Special Populations role
      - Highly organized with developed tracking systems and attention to detail
      - Willingness to work in-person each workday
      - Strong belief in the mission and core values of the employer

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Valid Texas Teacher certification, including Special Education or ESL or Bilingual certification
      - Understanding of Special Education, Emergent Bilingual, and 504 procedures
      - Experience with Emergent Bilingual programming and LPAC meetings
      - Master's Degree
      - Experience using a data management system for compliance
