Candidate Requirements:
- Proficient in a windows-based computer environment
- Typing speed of at least 25-30 words per minute
- Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic
- Punctual with excellent attendance
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure
- Must pass a background check
- Bilingual skills are a plus

Work from Home Requirements:
- High-speed broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps Upload and 10 Mbps Download)
- WIFI connections only
- Hiring in Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Arizona (Bilinguals only)

Training Hours:
- Mon-Fri 9am-5pm EST
- Mon-Fri 8am-4pm CT
- Mon-Fri 6am-2pm PST

Shift Availability:
- Weekend availability required
- Hours between 11am-9pm EST (10pm-8pm CST) (8am-6pm PST)
- Candidates can choose their weekend day off
