DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set-up equipment and machinery for production.
• Verify line speed, scale calibration and standards.
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment and machinery.
• Record averages, plot fill weights every 25 minutes, and adjust machinery to ensure weights are within limits and ranges.
• Record averages for finish weights.
• Audit GMP’S and record results of audit as assigned.
• Assist in training Team Members on policies and procedures.
• Record all required information and provide reports to direct supervisor.

SKILLS:

• Must be able to pass math test with a minimum of 75%.
• Six (6) months to 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of Safety, USDA, QA, HACCP, and company policies.
• Basic computer skills required
• Must be able to work with machinery and tools.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Good attendance required.

SALARY: ENTRY LEVEL 4 (non-exempt)
