Job Description
- Req#: 2NDSH001384
- Set-up equipment and machinery for production.
- Verify line speed, scale calibration and standards.
- Troubleshoot problems with equipment and machinery.
- Record averages, plot fill weights every 25 minutes, and adjust machinery to ensure weights are within limits and ranges.
- Record averages for finish weights.
- Audit GMP’S and record results of audit as assigned.
- Assist in training Team Members on policies and procedures.
- Record all required information and provide reports to direct supervisor.
- Must be able to pass math test with a minimum of 75%.
- Six (6) months to 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of Safety, USDA, QA, HACCP, and company policies.
- Basic computer skills required
- Must be able to work with machinery and tools.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Good attendance required.
