What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform recurring internal audits and oversight of 340B contract pharmacy programs and related areas
- Support the implementation of new child sites and contract pharmacies
- Assist with updates to the Office of Pharmacy Affairs (OPA) database
- Monitor and audit state Medicaid claims for compliance
- Develop and update 340B Program reporting packets for SSM ministries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field
- Advanced 340B Operations Certificate within 18 months of hire date
- Ability to perform frequent physical tasks, including lifting and data entry
- Strong communication skills, including oral communication and the ability to hear alarms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Familiarity with third-party administrator (TPA) portals
- Knowledge of state Medicaid claims processes
- Proven ability to evaluate patient eligibility in mixed-use areas and clinics
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting related to pharmacy operations
