What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed designated sales quotas in your defined sales territory
- Partner with local and national channel teams to execute growth initiatives and strategies
- Develop relationships with end-user customers to drive growth of the Flexographic Printing Tape portfolio
- Provide market and customer insights to portfolio managers, marketing, and leadership
- Manage opportunity pipeline and conduct strategic planning for key markets and customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Seven (7) years of exceptional sales or equivalent experience in any environment
- Two (2) years of experience in the Flexographic Printing or Printing Industry
- Current, valid driver's license
- Ability to comply with corporate policies and procedures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience articulating value propositions and system-selling
- Understanding of flexographic printing processes
- Experience developing and managing key accounts and large geographic territories
- Product demonstration experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
