What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise the Lifeline backup Chat and Text programs, providing support and responding to requests from relevant agencies
- Conduct staff interviews and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Coordinate training logistics and maintain the Lifeline backup Chat and Text schedule
- Provide emotional support through chat responses, utilizing suicide intervention techniques as necessary
- Collaborate with team leads on audits and compliance with state and federal laws
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, counseling, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of recent, directly related experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience
- Washington state credentialing required upon hire
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in instant messaging preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
