What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments to individuals in crisis
- Answer crisis contacts via chat/text to assess for suicide risk and identify appropriate community resources
- Conduct follow-up calls for individuals deemed moderate to high risk for suicide
- Meet ethical and clinical standards in compliance with all accreditation
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, psychology, social work, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
- Six months to one year of related crisis experience
- Ability to effectively communicate through written, verbal, in-person, and virtual methods
- High-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
- Knowledge of suicide assessments and crisis intervention techniques

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in providing service linkage and referrals for community resources
- Additional training or certifications in crisis intervention or mental health support
