      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a key member of a larger specification team within the assigned geographic area
      - Create awareness for the employer's brand and products within the architectural, design, and specification communities
      - Collaborate with Territory Managers to track and close specified projects
      - Engage with local distributor branches to facilitate project tracking and execution of A&D initiatives
      - Assist in developing market strategies to capture share in the residential segment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of solutions-based sales experience
      - Background in specified building materials
      - Previous Business-To-Business sales experience
      - Knowledge of/experience in the Construction and/or Design Industries
      - Proficient use of MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - LEED AP or GA certification
      - Ability to travel as required
      - Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate others to achieve results
      - Knowledge of local/regional markets
      - Strong presentation and demonstration skills
