What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter and manage customer orders and inquiries in the order entry system
- Communicate with sales and lab representatives to meet customer needs
- Resolve customer concerns and provide high-quality customer service
- Achieve first call resolution for customer inquiries
- Actively participate in team discussions to improve work processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of optical experience (lab or retail)
- Proficiency in a Windows-based environment and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Adobe)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems while performing job duties

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a related field
- Experience in problem resolution and customer conflict management
