What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead sales efforts through net flows, advisor targeting, and engagement
- Partner with corporate communications and product teams to align regional needs with national strategies
- Support Experienced Advisor Recruits and field leaders in financial advice conversations and client case analysis
- Drive execution of the region plan while ensuring understanding among key stakeholders
- Conduct virtual meetings with advisors to convey key messaging and support advisor needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in financial services
- FINRA Series 7 (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- State securities (S63 or S66) and State IAR (S65 or S66) (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Ability to travel up to 25%

- Proven leadership ability to motivate advisors and field staff
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for various audience sizes
