      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze collateral information submitted by bank clients to determine eligibility and integrity of collateral values
      - Conduct due diligence and root cause analysis to identify trends and resolve collateral discrepancies
      - Track and gather required collateral information, preparing management reports according to established guidelines
      - Communicate findings and recommendations regarding collateral issues to credit team members and management
      - Develop and maintain collateral analysis models and templates using Excel and related software

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of related experience with knowledge of accounting/financial practices
      - Near expert knowledge of collateral analysis and internal support functions
      - Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of collateral analysis techniques
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present concise findings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Asset Based Lending products/services and related software
      - Familiarity with bank systems including Loan, DDA, and Treasury Management
      - Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to guide junior team members
      - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality of credit and customer information
