- Manage execution of enablement projects including curriculum development, live and on-demand training, certifications, sales resources and assets, and virtual and in-person events.
- Operationalize GTM enablement processes and align with program managers across GTM Operations team
- Manage GTM intake process (approvals, stakeholders, channels, communications, reporting)
- Operationalize virtual sales enablement training sessions
- Coordinate run of show including scheduling dry runs, slide presentations, presenters, Q&A, surveys
- Manage post-event production including editing Zoom links, posting on Highspot, sharing links with attendees, archiving
- Partner with Field Enablement to manage enablement requests and dashboards to maximize effectiveness and relevance for the GTM team.
- Develop and manage Abnormal University survey strategy
- Responsible for maintenance of student training metrics ensuring accuracy of information. Track and analyze training metrics such as attendance, engagement, and completion rates. Use data to identify trends, create reports, and recommend improvements to the training programs, ensuring alignment with overall sales enablement goals.
- Extract insights from data to optimize each step of the learning journey of our GTM team.
- Use data storytelling to effectively communicate insights from a dataset using narratives and visualizations.
- Leverage enablement tools, learning management systems, and other platforms to enhance operational efficiency, streamline reporting processes, and facilitate easy access to curriculum resources.
- Work closely with GTM teams, Field Enablement, and other stakeholders to align on training needs and ensure training dashboards remain responsive to evolving business priorities. Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture within a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, training program management, or a similar role within a Sales or GTM function.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools and CRM/enablement platforms; strong Excel or data visualization skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs in a matrixed, cross functional environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving operational challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and influence diverse teams.
- Passion for learning, collaboration, and contributing to the success of a high-performance team.
About You
As the Abnormal University Operations Program Manager, within the Sales Enablement Programs team, you will ensure completion of cross functional projects and support team initiatives. You will ensure the work is completed on time and to Abnormal standards of quality, collaborating cross-functionally.
