      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth and customer retention for Abrasives Systems Division products in the Industrial Marketplace
      - Collaborate with local channel partners to execute programs that generate market share gains
      - Develop customers and application processes to expand the Abrasives & Tools portfolio
      - Support strategic growth initiatives with the Abrasive Division Business Development Team
      - Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities with regular business reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment OR High school diploma/GED and ten (10) years of sales experience in a similar environment
      - Current, valid Driver's license
      - Proven expertise in Abrasives, tools, and related accessories
      - Experience in Industrial market sales and distribution
      - Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration to drive positive customer impact

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Three (3) years of selling Abrasives and Tools in a private, public, government, or military environment
      - Experience managing complex multi-location key accounts
      - Experience negotiating contracts and price terms
      - Effective CRM utilization for business plan attainment and territory management
      - Ability to lead a cross-functional team to achieve sales results
