What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist students with course registration and ensure understanding of degree and practicum application requirements
- Advocate for student advising needs to contribute to successful enrollment and completion of educational goals
- Advise students on university policies, program requirements, and related academic matters
- Monitor students to identify at-risk scenarios and develop strategies to improve academic success
- Utilize student data systems to track enrollment, persistence, and graduation information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in higher education
- Outstanding customer service skills with at least 1 year in customer service, academic advising, or related experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Student Information Systems is a plus
