The company has a well-established ACBS practice, supporting various large clients in implementation and run of platform, bringing in deep-domain expertise and experience. The company works with multiple banks and financial institutions, delivering multi-function support to enhance existing capabilities, scale the center of excellence and expand for the future growth. As a strategic partner to our clients, we are a centralized one-stop shop for implementation, product management, run and enhance, testing services, defining platform roadmap etc., creating an impact and value to the clients at highest standards.
Currently, our role openings are for Senior Business Analyst position, to assist and augment ACBS capability build out. Responsibilities will include:
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and clarify business requirements for the ACBS servicing system.
• User Story Definition: Work with the Product Manager and team to translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Process Modeling: Analyze and document existing business processes and suggest improvements or changes to optimize efficiency.
• Data Analysis: Understand and analyze data requirements, ensuring data integrity, and making data-driven decisions.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan and execute UAT by defining test cases and working with testers to validate that user stories meet business requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Change Management: Assess the impact of changes and help manage the transition to new processes or systems, including training and support.
• Prioritization: Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize user stories and features based on business value and urgency.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of requirements, user stories, and processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, gather feedback from stakeholders, and work with the team to implement changesAbout the company
