      We are seeking a skilled and experienced JDA WMS (Warehouse Management System) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design, implement, and optimize their JDA WMS solutions. Your expertise in warehouse management processes and JDA software will be pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' warehouse operations.

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
      • Advance English skills
      • +4years of proven experience working with JDA WMS, including configuration and implementation.
      • Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices.
      • Proficiency in SQL for querying and troubleshooting.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
      • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

      Preferred Skills (not mandatory):

      • JDA WMS certification or relevant certifications in supply chain management.
      • Experience with other supply chain software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Associates).
      • Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies (e.g., robotics, RFID).
      • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.

      Responsibilities:

      Requirement Analysis:

      • Work closely with clients to understand their warehouse management needs and business processes.
      • Conduct in-depth analysis to gather and document functional and technical requirements for JDA WMS implementations.

      Solution Design:

      • Develop comprehensive design solutions that align with best practices and meet clients' specific requirements.
      • Create detailed functional and technical design documents for client approval.

      JDA WMS Implementation:

      • Lead or assist in the configuration, customization, and deployment of JDA WMS systems.
      • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration with other systems (e.g., ERP, TMS).
      • System Testing and Quality Assurance:
      • Conduct thorough testing of the JDA WMS solution to identify and resolve issues.
      • Ensure that the system meets performance, accuracy, and scalability requirements.

      Training and Knowledge Transfer:

      • Provide training to client teams on JDA WMS usage, best practices, and maintenance.
      • Transfer knowledge to clients to enable them to manage and support their systems effectively.

      System Optimization:

      • Continuously assess and identify opportunities for improving warehouse operations using JDA WMS.
      • Propose and implement enhancements and optimizations to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

      Troubleshooting and Support:

      • Offer technical support to clients, diagnosing and resolving system issues promptly.
      • Maintain documentation of support activities and solutions provided.

      Documentation:

      • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and system changes.
