What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Conduct pre-registration and update patient information in hospital systems

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of waiting rooms and equipment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two (2) years of customer service or healthcare experience
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer and keyboard functions
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team-oriented environment
