What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for outpatient Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy
- Conduct insurance verification and benefits explanation for patients
- Process patient information, including pre-registration and creating new patient charts
- Collect co-payments and issue receipts while ensuring adequate stock of supplies
- Perform various administrative duties to support patient care activities as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED plus two (2) years of customer service or healthcare experience
- Good communication skills, computer literacy, and telephone etiquette
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a professional demeanor

- Familiarity with hospital systems for scheduling and patient management
