      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in maintaining the physical access control systems for security and proper functioning
      - Support the creation, modification, and updating of access codes and groups in the Physical Access Control Systems (PACS)
      - Provide assistance with credential and access requests as required
      - Help analyze and resolve access issues while maintaining accurate documentation
      - Participate in the implementation of training programs for employees on access procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Basic understanding of Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) or Identity Management (IDM) systems
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional certification related to Physical Identity & Access Management, such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
      - Certification from access control and identity management vendors like HID Global or Lenel
