      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform initial admission screening and acceptance of patients using approved clinical criteria
      - Collaborate with multiple departments to facilitate relationships with facilities, physicians, and nursing staff
      - Coordinate admission/transfer of emergent, urgent, and elective patients into accepting facilities
      - Document and prioritize patient information for accurate communication with healthcare providers
      - Maintain Transfer Center data collection and provide feedback on patient transitions and outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an accredited school/college with current licensure as LPN, Paramedic, or EMT in the state of residence
      - Minimum of three years of related clinical experience in an acute care setting (Emergency Department or Critical Care preferred)
      - Exceptional communication skills in oral, written, and electronic formats
      - Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
      - Must meet specific internet speed requirements: Upload 50 Mbps or more; Download 100 Mbps or more

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a remote healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with electronic health records and patient flow systems
      - Knowledge of Medical Necessity criteria and patient acuity assessment
      - Ability to educate staff on admission/transfer processes and criteria
      - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
