Description
The Accommodations POC will provide direct support organization-wide to individuals seeking a medical or religious accommodation. The Accommodation POC will serves as a subject matter expert and act as the central point of contact for all Accommodation related requests. The Accommodation POC will participate in the interactive process with individuals seeking accommodation, and partner with leadership, HR, and legal to determine timely solutions. The role is highly collaborative with various groups across the organization and requires heightened skills in facilitating sensitive conversations related to confidential information. The role reports to the Employee Relations Director.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.
