What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and adjust student loan balances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Process payments and conduct account reconciliations for consumer loan accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to quality assurance standards
- Gather and analyze data from multiple databases to support loan servicing functions
- Participate in ongoing education programs to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in administrative support within the banking, lending, or student loan industry
- Must possess the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Must reside within a 75-mile radius of Hendersonville, TN

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 12 months of experience working in a call center or on a student loan contract
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote)
- Experience in payment processing and financial reconciliation
- Familiarity with reviewing contracts and application documents for accuracy
