What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and adjust student loan balances, ensuring accuracy in account records
- Process payments, conduct reconciliations, and assist with Direct Loan Consolidations
- Audit loan balance data and adhere to federal and state regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining privacy and security standards
- Participate in continuing education programs to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required
- Minimum of 12 months experience in administrative support within the banking, lending, or student loan industry
- 12 months of computer experience in a business environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Must reside within a 75-mile radius of Hendersonville, TN

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 12 months of experience working on a student loan contract
- 12 months of experience in a Call Center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote)
- Experience in payment processing or performing accounting functions
