What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and adjust student loan balances, ensuring accuracy in account management and reconciliations
- Process payments and conduct various student loan balance reconciliations
- Provide support for borrower program concerns and operational requests
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations while delivering superior customer service
- Participate in ongoing education programs to stay updated on regulatory changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required
- 12 months of experience in administrative support within the banking, lending, or student loan industry
- 12 months of computer experience in a business environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Must reside within a 75-mile radius of Hendersonville, TN

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
- 12 months of experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote)
- Experience with payment processing or performing accounting functions
- Experience reviewing contracts and application documents for accuracy
